We work primarily in AppFolio and are highly experienced with its accounting and reporting workflows. We can also accommodate other major real estate accounting and property management platforms.

Do you communicate directly with tenants and vendors?

No. Our role is focused exclusively on financial operations and accounting. We maintain tenant and vendor records within your accounting and property management systems, but all tenant relations, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and operational matters remain with the property manager or ownership team.

Can you work alongside our existing property manager?

Yes. Many clients use us as an outsourced accounting department while retaining their existing property managers, leasing teams, and operational staff.
